PROJECTS / BUSINESS OUTREACH / PRIVACY
Clear information, used for one clear purpose.
Last updated 23 August 2026Who is responsible
WebAutoDigital is responsible for the project-enquiry and limited business-contact information described on this page. Questions, objections or data-rights requests can be sent to webautodigital@gmail.com.
Project enquiries
The form records the name, email address, selected project direction, current situation, desired outcome and preferred timeline supplied by the sender. It also records a submission time, a unique enquiry reference and limited anti-abuse information. The anti-abuse connection identifier is stored as a one-way daily hash, not as a raw IP address.
Business prospect research
WebAutoDigital may record a limited set of publicly available business information to assess whether its campaign, website or automation services could be relevant to a UK corporate business. This can include the company and trading name, company number and status, official website and professional social account, a public business or role email address, the source, a short relevance note, contact history and any objection. Sources are restricted to official company pages, professional business profiles and public corporate registers. Sensitive personal information is not sought.
Purposes and lawful basis
Project details are processed to take steps requested by the sender before a possible contract. Security information is processed for the legitimate interest of keeping the enquiry service dependable. Limited corporate prospect research and proportionate B2B outreach may be processed for WebAutoDigital's legitimate interest in finding relevant business customers, after considering purpose, necessity and the rights of the person concerned. It is not used for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Business outreach choices
Targeted electronic outreach is restricted to verified corporate business contacts. Each message identifies WebAutoDigital, explains its relevance and provides a direct way to object. Outreach emails do not use hidden open-tracking pixels. A person can object to direct marketing at any time by replying to the message or emailing the address above. Marketing then stops and the minimum information needed to respect that choice is kept on a suppression record.
Storage, recipients and retention
Enquiries are stored by the website's hosting and database providers and, when delivery is enabled, sent to WebAutoDigital's owner-controlled Gmail mailbox. Business-contact records are used only by WebAutoDigital and the providers needed for storage and email; they are not sold. Providers may process information outside the UK subject to the safeguards applicable to their services. Prospect records are reviewed no later than 12 months after the last activity and removed when no longer needed, unless a live business relationship or legal record requires longer retention. Suppression information may be retained for as long as needed to prevent unwanted future contact.
Your choices and rights
Sending a project form is optional. A person can ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction, and can object to processing where the relevant data-protection right applies. The right to object to direct marketing can be exercised at any time. Requests can be made using the email address above. People in the UK can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
